Available from 18th April to 8th May. My flat is a lovely one double bedroom with separate kitchen, bathroom and large living room, with access to a private balcony area with seating. There's a bath and shower (with waterfall shower feature); a flat screen TV; strong wifi; a washing machine and dining space for up to four people too. The estate is quiet and friendly. In under a minute walk, you can access New Park Road bus stop, with regular buses straight into central London one way, and into the depths of South London (Tooting, Croydon etc) the other way. These regular buses (every 2 mins) also take you to Brixton station in 10 minutes, or it is a 15-20 minute walk to the station, where you can get the Victoria line and get to pretty much everywhere!
