Available for all of April. All bills included and the flat is fully furnished with appliances and full kitchen. Great little spot for a short stay in London — works perfectly for one person or a couple. The flat is on the ground floor of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a front garden and a balcony out the back. Coming in, the kitchen is on your left — it's got everything you need: stove, oven, toaster, kettle, cafetière and french press. No microwave, coffee machine or dishwasher, just to flag. Help yourself to any utensils or condiments you find in there. There's a serving hatch through to the living room, which has a sofa that folds out into a sofa bed if you need an extra sleeping spot. Fancy a film? There's a projector. The dining table sits by the window, and there's a door leading out to the balcony — both look out over the back garden, which is shared with neighbours but never really used (and not accessible to guests). So you get a nice sense of quiet and privacy back there. On the right side of the flat you'll find the bathroom — with a bathtub — and the bedroom, which has a double bed with an Emma mattress. Getting around A 20-minute walk gets you to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line), and Leyton Midland Road Overground is just 5 minutes on foot. Great connections without the noise. The neighbourhood's got a really good local scene too. Tilbury Lane is minutes away, with craft beer, pastries and artisan ice cream. For coffee and brunch, Bromleys Café and Perky Blinders are great shouts. For fresh pastries and bread, Tun and Crumbs are our nearby favourites. William the IV is our go-to local pub. Francis Road is worth a wander — it's a pedestrianised street full of independent spots like Marmelo Kitchen and Yardarm, great for a relaxed dinner or a glass of wine. There are also some lovely local parks nearby when you fancy some fresh air.
