I am going abroad for 1 year and am letting out my cute 1-bedroom flat in West Norwood/Crystal Palace. Private entrance, private garden, self-contained flat. The rent is £1300/month, this includes internet but not other bills. Croydon council tax band B. Furnished, all furniture visible in photos will be available (including TV). However, if you would like some things taken out so you can bring your own furniture, we can discuss. All my personal items will be removed and put into storage so you will have full use of storage/shelves/cupboards.
