Self-contained studio flat with private entrance, bathroom, and shower. Split-level, with bedroom loft upstairs and living room with couch, desk, and scenic marina view downstairs. The boat is permanently moored at South Dock Marina, in Southwark. I live in a separate residence in the other half of the boat. The marina is gated with secure key fab entry, friendly neighbors, and a village-like community. Bills included + super-fast broadband. Parcels and post conveniently collected at the Marina office.
