For single occupancy only in a very quiet household. The house itself has beautiful decor throughout with a modern shared kitchen. This room is larger than average and has a large ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle. Furntiture wise, the room has a double bed, in-built wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a computer chair. Please note that there is no shared living room. The room is on the second floor (the only room on the floor) with the shared kitchen on the first floor Rent £950 - gas and electricity not included. Council tax, broadband and water bills ALL INLCUDED in the price. Deposit: £950 At the end of every month I take a meter reading and issue tenants a utility bill for the actual used gas/electricity which is equally split between the number of tenants in the property. As a guide, the gas and electrcitiy combined for the house is between £40-60 per person per month depending on season and usage. Parking permits can be obtained from the council for parking on the street. We have a weekly cleaner who cleans all communal areas of the property once per week including the kitchen. This service is complimentary for all tenants of the property. Close walk to Harrow & Wealdstone station enables a quick commute to Central London via the Bakerloo line. Bus routes take you to neighbouring towns and Harrow town centre very quickly too.
