This one bed flat used to be my home before I got married and moved out of London. I have very happy memories of living there and I am looking for a professional person (or couple) who will take care of the flat as they would their own. In return, I am offering a stable tenancy in a nice flat, and hope to be kind and considerate landlord. I have had lovely couple live there for the last two years, who sadly are moving on for work reasons. The flat comes fully furnished (but I'm happy to remove anything you don't need/want). The appliances were recently replaced, as was the bathroom floor. The flat is located on Old Kent Road, a minute walk from buses into Central London.. The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle - a 15 min bus ride away. The flat is on the top floor (with a patio/balcony) in a small block containing only two other flats. The rent is £1700 PCM. This does not include bills which you'll be responsible for. The council tax band is B. The flat is available from 1st November for assured shorthold tenancy (12 months fixed term then a rolling tenancy)., subject to satisfactory referencing. There is a possibility to move in slightly earlier, 15th October. The current tenants will be arranging the viewings.. When getting in touch, please do tell me something about yourself.
