Our flat has become available as our long term tenant is moving on. We are looking for a single person or a couple to move into the flat from the beginning of October. Leith is a fantastic place to live and the flat is close to the tram, bus links and Leith links. The flat is situated in the Leith Colonies and it is quiet and relaxing. The flat has one double bedroom, a large living room, a kitchen/living area, a bathroom, and 2 storage cupboards. The flat has been decorated to a good standard throughout and we installed a log burner and new windows. There is a small garden out the back which is shared with the other 5 flats in the building. Our block of flats (and the area in general) is quiet and not an ideal place for students. Our neighbours would not tolerate loud music or parties. The flat has been thoughtfully decorated and we are looking for tenants who will take care of the flat and respect the building and neighbours. The rent is £1,270 p/m.
