Just 1 mile away from Leith and 2 from the city centre. During the Edinburgh Festival to kick start my new venture, I'm offering very competitive nightly rates at £80.00 per night. In other words if 2 of you people are staying this would only equate to £40.00 per person. When the festival ends, I'm happy to negotiate and price match or beat where possible. This holiday let is a converted shop so has lots of quirky features. It has one bedroom, main door flat with an entrance vestibule, lounge, double bedroom (with double bed), fitted kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. Upon arrival, we'll leave you with some essentials . towels, bed linen. And wee nice touches to make you feel welcome such as cereal, tea, coffee. I know what it can be like after a day of travelling and you just want a nice cuppa! I also own a café so if you would like any special meals/food etc - I can easily arrange This!! You have shops a five minute walk away. You're 2 miles away from the city centre so either a very pleasant walk and lovely view of the famous Edinburgh skyline or a very quick bus journey or drive as there are parking facilities right at the front door!!! There are also excellent eateries such as Porto & Fi, Loch Fynes, The Starbank Inn etc... Also The Shore in Leith is also just a short Journey away - Just over 1 mile away. There is swift access to the city By-pass which in turn gives connections to the A1, the motorway network (M8,M9 and M90) Edinburgh international airport and the Forth Road Bridge.
