1 room flat of 33m² in City of Edinburgh

I am currently looking for a tenant for my 1 bedroom flat in Tollcross, right next to the Meadows. The flat comes fully furnished with a brand new boiler recently installed and Hive thermostat. It’s top floor of a 3 floor tenement and faces onto a communal garden, therefore no traffic noise. Windows are all double glazed. If you’re interested, i’m looking to do viewings on Sat 31st Jan, but can possibly arrange a different date if that doesn’t suit. Cameron
