We are looking for someone/a couple to take over our tenancy in our lovely one bedroom ground floor flat on Lavender Gardens as we are moving away. The flat is a converted house and situated in an ideal location a short walk to Clapham Junction station, Clapham Common at the end of the road and short walk to Battersea Park. The ground floor flat has one large bedroom with lots of natural lighting due to the large windows and lots of built in storage, a bath/shower, living room, kitchen looking out to the back garden and a large private garden which gets the sun for majority of the day.
