1 room flat of 53m² in London

We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy for a one bed flat in Oval. Contract end date would be 5th of December-2026. (break clause from the 5th of December 2025) Rent is £1,517 per month and includes water. All other bills are not included. 2 minute walk from Oval tube Station. 10 minute walk from Vauxhall Station. Move in date TBC - we are looking for alternative flat (hopefully in the next month) The flat is rented through Foxtons and new tenant must pass Foxtons reference checks - so ID, right to rent in the UK, proof of income, etc must be provided (can provide a full list). The flat comes furnished. Living/dining room: Sofa, TV stand, coffee table (not pictured), table, 4 x chairs (not pictured) Kitchen: White goods Bedroom: 2 x bed side tables (1 pictured), Bed frame (not pictured) - we removed the mattress as this didn't fit the frame, so a mattress will need to be left when vacating as this is included on the inventory.
