Spacious 1-bedroom flat conveniently located just steps away from North Acton station (Zone 2). The area is safe and vibrant, surrounded by student accommodations with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Costa all within a 2-minute walk. It’s around 20 minutes by tube to central London (Bond Street). There will be a deposit you need to pay before moving in to the flat, I am not sure how much it is. This can be discussed with the landlord directly. I’ve been living here for three years and absolutely loved it, but I’m moving abroad, so I’m looking for someone to take over the contract. The flat is unfurnished by default, but I’ve fully furnished it myself — happy to discuss selling the furniture at a low price if interested.
