A newly purchased mansionette with 2 gardens. Availability is between June 19th and 5th of August. Minimum booking 30 days. Please ask any questions. It has two rooms (one is not accessible and serves as storage) and lovely open space kitchen and dining room with living room - newly redecorated! Kitchen boats beautiful white quartz and modern and very functional induction hob. it has everything you will need to cook. Please note there is no TV in the living room but you are free to connect any device to WiFi. There is a vegetable garden at the front of the property - you are welcome to harvest whatever is ready. At the back there is charming flower garden with fire pit, gas BBQ and cute fairy lights in the night. Th garden gets lovely sunlight throughout the day and evening. It also has raspberries bushes growing and you are welsome to help yourself if they are in season during your stay. The bedroom is incredibly spacious with king size bed is and has french doors to the garden which gets morning light - lovely for a lazy Saturday morning. There is a private parking spot on a driveway as well as free on street parking in the area. Throughout the house there are many plants which will remain during your stay - there will be arrangements for someone to come in and water the plants unless you would prefer not to - details to be discussed after the booking. The house is situated in very well connected area in Oxford. Bus stop to city centre is located 5 min walk from the house - buses come often and will take around 15-20min to get to town. Voi scooter stop is also very local. The beautiful iffly locks, river walks and river pubs are 15min walk from the house. For snall shopping cooperative shop is 5min walk away. For large shop the biggest Sainsbury's and Argos are located 15min walking away. This booking is for minimum 30 -45 days stay while Im away. The dates are somewhat fexlible. if you would like to discuss number of days or particular times for the booking to start please send me a message. Pets would be allowed but needs to be discussed first and there will be appropriate sub charge. Normally this house also belongs to a cat so if you area heavily allergic please consider that.
