(TWO OPTIONS POSSIBLE) Hello I am renting option 1: a masterbedroom with your own garden and bbq 1500£ (perfect for couple) and option 2: 3000£ Negotiable Full flat. All bills inc. If you choose option 1) there will be only you and me in the flat. i may only be there during weekends. There is a washing machine and dryer. I am clean and quiet but sociable. I am looking for some CLEAN too. (Who cleans after himself) I love watching movies and play video games. The flat itself is 5-10 min walk from the station (Caledonian road) which is 10-15 min away from leicester square/covent garden by tube. (witj the Piccadilly) but also 1 stop from king’s cross where most of the lines are available You can also take a bus (10 min from camden town 35 min from Leicester square). Very practical.
