(THREE OPTIONS POSSIBLE) Hello I am renting option 1: a double room with desk, wardrobe 1000£. Option 2: (temp) a masterbedroom with your own garden and bbq 1500£ (perfect for couple) and option 3 2000£ (discount) Full flat but NEGOCIABLE for the right person. (Temp) If you choose option 1) or 2) there will be only you and me in the flat. i may only be there during weekends. There is a washing machine and dryer. I am clean and quiet but sociable. I am looking for some CLEAN too. (Who cleans after himself) I love watching movies and play video games. The flat itself is 5-10 min walk from the station (Caledonian road) which is 10-15 min away from leicester square/covent garden by tube. (witj the Piccadilly) but also 1 stop from king’s cross where most of the lines are available You can also take a bus (10 min from camden town 35 min from Leicester square). Very practical.
