1 room flat of 48m² in London

Hi there, I'm Melissa. This ad is for a one or two week sublet of my lovely, light filled, 1 bedroom flat in a leafy Peckham location just near the Gowlett pub. We are looking for subletters for short stays of either one or two weeks anytime from beginning of Nov through to Christmas. RENT (including bills): One person: £450 for one week £750 for 2 weeks Couple £500 for 1 week £800 for 2 weeks The difference in rent for a couple is to do with energy usage (which, in London is still appallingly high) No possibility for longer stays as we will need to be in the flat periodically ourselves. If you're looking for a longer sublet please look on. We have a second home in the Sth Yorkshire and normally Air bnb the flat when we're not here. We have maxed out the 90 night limit for this year though, so need to cover expenses with sublets instead until January. Perfect for someone in between houses or just moving to / visiting town. The sublet is for the whole flat (1 bedroom, double bed). Either singles or couples welcome. 2 people max. LOCATION: 3 minutes walk from Peckham Rye Common, Rye Lane, Bellenden Rd and a 10 minute walk to bustling East Dulwich. Terrific pubs / cafes around. South facing so the light throughout the day is gorgeous. Fully furnished with everything you might need including a quite space to work. Closest transport is the Peckham Rye overground. Damage holding deposit: £100 this will be refunded within 24 hours of the end of your stay. I have a sublet contract that I use so all of this will be in writing.
