Hello, I am the current tenant, and looking for my replacement to live in this gorgeous studio apartment adjacent to emirates stadium from 22 Jan 2025. Rent is £1625 per month and deposit will be £1875. Location is safe and peaceful with all amenities nearby. Has four train stations within a short walk of 5 to 15 min. Concierge , gym available at no cost. Anyone interested must be earning around £50 -60k annually at least and would need employment documents, good credit score/ references. The lease will be transferred to you and will continue for next one year, beyond which it can be extended on discussion with the property managers and landlord. I will be back in London in the first week of December to show the house. The house comes furnished with a bed and dining tables from landlord. I had moved in just 5 months back and set up rest of the stuff which is as good as new. If you wish to, you can buy all the additional appliances, sofa, table, room separator from me for additional 300 pounds. WiFi, and rest of utilities has been all set up and you d just need to move in with your suitcases. It’s a really beautiful studio that I am unfortunately going to have to leave due to personal reasons and will miss a lot.
