£780 / month
Hi! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my student accommodation in Earl’s Court, West London. The rent is £180 per week with bills included. The original price is £225/week, so this is a very good deal. The transfer will be done officially through the accommodation provider, with the new contract signed directly with them and rent paid directly to the accommodation, so it is safe and straightforward. The room is in a 2-bed 1-bath flat. You will have your own private bedroom and share the bathroom and kitchen with one female flatmate, so the accommodation requires the replacement tenant to be female. The flat is fully furnished and ready to move in. I can also leave some kitchen items for you to use, including seasonings, some small appliances, and cookware. The building has a common room, laundry room, 24-hour security, CCTV, and visitor registration. It is in a very safe and well-lit area, and I have always felt comfortable coming home late at night. Tenancy dates: 27 June 2026 to 5 September 2026 Around 10 weeks in total. Preference will be given to someone who can cover the full period or most of it. Location and transport: The flat is in Earl’s Court, a very convenient West London area. 5 minutes’ walk to Earl’s Court Underground Station Piccadilly, District and Circle lines nearby Bus stop right outside/near the building Around 25 minutes’ walk, 2 stops by tube, or 15 minutes by bus to Imperial College Very suitable for students at Imperial, RCA, RCM, and nearby universities Nearby shops and restaurants: There are two supermarkets within 10 minutes’ walk, including M&S and Co-op, plus Starbucks, KFC, McDonald’s, Paul, bubble tea shops, and lots of restaurants. There is also a Thai restaurant nearby called Raitakrai, which I personally really recommend. Within about 15 minutes’ walk, there are larger supermarkets including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose. You can also get to Lidl easily by bus. Chinatown and Oxford Street are both around 20 minutes away by tube. Requirements: Must be a student Need to provide proof of study or an offer letter Female only Right to Rent check may be required by the accommodation provider
