Hey everyone, I am about to move abroad to work for 3 months and looking for someone to take over my flat. It's a one bed mezzanine flat in a church conversion, really high ceilings with stain glass windows - looks even better in person. The photos show the flat when I moved in, will upload more current photos shortly. It's fully furnished, including a double bed, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, work desk + monitor + chair, TV, dining table + matching bench. Homewares also included. Clothes storage is one built in wardrobe, a metal clothes rail and two storage units. The flat on Cephas Street, 5 mins walk from Stepney Green, Bethnal Green (central line + overground) and Whitechapel stations. Shoreditch and Victoria Park are within 25-30 mins walk. The building is gated with intercom and fob access for entry. Parking is available, can check if it costs if needed. Rent all-in is £2300. Dates aren't certain but the flat will be available from late September through to at least 20th December. There is potential for longer stays, or taking over the lease which renews in January but TBD. Can do viewings Monday, Friday or on the weekend. Happy to answer any questions! Ben
