Hey everyone, I am working abroad currently, my current sublet ended early as they are leaving London so looking for someone to take over. They will be leaving on the 28th December, the flat is available until 1st Feb. It's a one bed mezzanine flat in a church conversion, really high ceilings with stain glass windows - looks even better in person. It's fully furnished, including a double bed, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, work desk + monitor + chair, TV, dining table + matching bench. Homewares also included. Clothes storage is one built in wardrobe, a metal clothes rail and two storage units. The flat on Cephas Street, 5 mins walk from Stepney Green, Bethnal Green (central line + overground) and Whitechapel stations. Shoreditch and Victoria Park are within 25-30 mins walk. The building is gated with intercom and fob access for entry. Parking is available, can check if it costs if needed. Rent all-in is £1750. Viewings preferred before 28th December.
