3 rooms house of 64m² in London

Hello, myself, my husband and our baby are all Londoners and have been happily living in this family home but we are now going to spend three months in Italy around May - September, to visit my family. We would like to let out 2 or 3 bedrooms in our house whilst we are away. For the right person/people, we can be flexible on the number of rooms we rent (2 or 3) and for the duration of the stay. The house has a private garden and is in a private road where there are no cars - so it's very quiet, calm and very safe - quite a gem in London! The house has two living rooms, a conservatory, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of storage - as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
