There is one year left on the tenancy so we are looking for two wonderful humans to take over the lease. Rent is £2300 a month. One room is bigger so it’s a perfect place for two friends with different budgets (we split £1250 and £1050). Bills, including council tax are around £200 a month total (cheap council tax!!). We absolutely love the area and are gutted to leave this perfect neighborhood between Clapham and Battersea. Some perks of the place: Furnished Bright light in the bedrooms! Bikes have never been stolen (hope we don’t jinx it!!) Big Waitrose, M&S and Whole Foods are 7 mins walk away 🥑 🍝 🍳 Small Sainsbury’s and M&S are in the station (1 min away) Multiple gyms and fitness studios, including Virgin and Third Space, are less than 5 mins away Transport link and location: 1 minute!!!! walk to clapham junction station (you can be to Waterloo or Victoria in 10 mins with trains running every 2-3 mins; direct train to Gatwick in 25 mins) Multiple bus stops 0-5 min walk away 5 min walk to northcote road 5 min walk to wandsworth common 10 min walk to clapham common (the park not the station) 30 min walk to battersea park
