1 room flat of 48m² in City of Edinburgh

Hello! We are two students living in a small but lovely flat just off Leith Walk. We have to leave Edinburgh for a few months so we are subletting our place from July 1st until December 31st. The apartment has one main bedroom and a smaller bedroom with desk, so the place could easily be rented by one person or a couple. It also works for two friends if you are happy to work out who takes the bigger bedroom.
