We are looking for people (friends or a couple) to take over the remaining year of our lease on a 2-bed flat in Clapham South. The flat will be available from July/August 2025 (move-in date flexible) through to early September 2026. My flatmate and I originally signed a two-year lease, but as we’re now planning to go travelling, we’re looking for someone to take over the remaining year of our lease. Rent is £2500 per month (no bills included) for the whole flat. The flat is ideally located just 7-10 minutes’ walk from Clapham South tube station, with a direct line to Bank and Moorgate, making for an easy 30-minute door-to-door commute into the City. The flat also comes with a private balcony — perfect for the summer months. We’re coming to the end of our placement and planning to go travelling, so are hoping to find someone to take over the lease.
