2 rooms flat of 41m² in Bristol

Hi all NO INTERNET My lovely 2 bed flat in St George (by air balloon primary school) is available for the month of November (only) (as it’s sold with completion likely due early Dec, but currently vacant for Nov.) M It has a large attic bedroom with double bed and a smaller 2nd bedroom with double ladder bed. Fully furnished down to all crockery. My tenants took their WiFi so there’s no internet. The 4g mobile signal there is good though Regarding bills, I wouldn’t expect you to set them up in your name just for one month , I will continue paying them but would ask for £150 for the month for the bills (which is almost half what they actually are) The flat is available from 2 or 3 Nov until around 2 or 3 Dec (could be slightly longer due to convenyancing)
