The flat is really cozy with 2 double rooms so it's perfect for a couple or 2 friends. The flat is in a great location in Streatham Hill as it’s only a 10 minute walk to Streatham Hill Station, 18 minutes walk to Streatham station and only 5 minutes from Tooting Common. There are also many busses just up the road that will take you to Brixton and Balham. The rent is £1,625 per month and the estate agent has asked for a 2-week deposit along with referencing, so we are looking for working professionals ideally.
