The flat has two double bedrooms at opposite ends for added privacy, a modern bathroom with excellent water pressure, a good sized living room and a modern open plan kitchen with a dishwasher. It's the top floor of a three story conversion, gets lots of sunlight and is very airy. You'd be subletting directly from the owner and wouldn't have to deal with any agents. The flat could suit people visiting London for the summer or in between housing. All the bills are included in the price - Gas, Electricity (EPC Rating D), Water, Internet, Council Tax (Band D) & TV License. Sorry but no smoking and please no agents.
