We're looking for either a couple or two single professionals to take over our existing lease of our large 2 bedroom flat in Harringay. The move in date is 1st July 2025 (could be a few days earlier if needed), the lease ends on 16th August 2026, with an option to extend further after that. As this is a lease takeover, we're not looking for a bidding war, just the first good candidates with good credit scores and references at a fixed price of £1925pcm. The landlord also would like the combined income to be approx. £60k+ annually. The flat is set up across three stories and is over 76 sq meters. It comprises a large kitchen/dining area with plenty of space for cooking on the upper ground floor. Then a large double bedroom and very spacious living room with bay windows on the first floor, and finally a medium sized double bedroom/study and a large family bathroom with shower over bath. The EPC rating is C, and council tax is band is C at Harringay Council. We've got Virgin as the internet provider and no problems with speed.
