Hi everyone! My flatmate and I are looking to find replacements for us in our two bed, one bath flat on Lavender Hill! As we’re moving into a bigger property with a friend 🪩 It’s a perfect flat for two sharers or someone looking to have a little extra space as one room is smaller! 20 min walk to Clapham junction, 14 min walk to Wandsworth Road and 18 min walk to Clapham Common. 5 min walk to the common also so great for summer!! Some of the furniture we have bought over our time here but we can sort out what will stay and what won’t depending on what is needed from both parties! The tenancy runs until August 2026 and is currently priced at £2100pcm but will rise to £2200pcm August 2025. We’re looking to move from mid April onwards!
