2 rooms flat of 41m² in London

Looking for someone to takeover my lease as I’ve had a change of circumstance and sadly can’t stay much longer. About the flat: It’s a 2 bed flat in a beautiful building literally in front of battersea park. It’s a ground floor with high ceilings, and one single bedroom, one double bedroom, kitchen has a dishwasher, and there’s a separate spacious living room. It comes mostly furnished although i had one of the beds removed (from the single room). I’m sure the landlady would be happy to put it back if required. Pets are allowed and move in date is quite flexible, can be anytime in Jan :)
