Location: The flat is on Kings Ave SW4 so it's only a few minutes walk to Abbeville road with it's lovely boutiques restaurants and pubs etc and of course it's really near Clapham High St and the beautiful Clapham Common. It is a privately owned small friendly block with only 12 flats. The block is non-smoking. We are all quiet and respectful with some other older people in the block, so I’m looking for respectful and quiet people.
