The flat is well maintained and consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious separate living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony, plus lots of storage space. It’s in a great location with bus stops just outside the front door, and with shops and restaurants all around. It’s a 12-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Hendon Central (Northern line) with quick and easy commute to Central London. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to Middlesex University and less than a 10-minute bus ride to Hendon railway station. And there are two lovely parks just a short walk away! The flat comes unfurnished except for the kitchen table, but we’re happy to sell the sofa to the new tenants if needed.
