My flatmate and I are moving out of our beautiful 2-bedroom flat in Hendon, NW4, and we’re looking for someone to take over our tenancy. The current contract runs until mid-September, but the landlord is looking for someone to continue on with a new 12-month contract starting then—so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a longer-term place and can move in soon! The flat is well maintained and consists of two double bedrooms, a spacious separate living room, separate kitchen, bathroom, and a small balcony, plus lots of storage space. It’s in a great location with bus stops just outside the front door, and with shops and restaurants all around. It’s a 12-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to Hendon Central (Northern line) with quick and easy commute to Central London. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to Middlesex University and less than a 10-minute bus ride to Hendon railway station. And there are two lovely parks just a short walk away! The flat comes unfurnished except for the kitchen table, but we’re happy to sell the sofa to the new tenants if needed. At the moment the rent is £1750 excluding bills.
