Hello! I am looking for two friends, or a couple to take over the tenancy of our lovely entire two bedroom flat in the heart of Wimbledon. The move in time is preferably around the end of August - early September until the tenancy is due to end inon 14 April 2026. You will have the option to extend longer if you would like. We can be flexible on the move in date. The flat is perfect for two friends or a couple, in a beautiful. and quiet street. All rooms get great sunlight at different times of the days. We are moving as I had just relocated from Australia for my job however need to return back to Australia. We have loved living here for the last 4 months and do not want to leave. A FEW DETAILS✨ - The whole flat is available! - 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a big built in wardrobe, the second room has drawers and a clothes hanger. - 1 spacious bathroom - Decent size storage cupboard in hallway - Flat is completely furnished - 10 minute walk from Wimbledon or Wilmbledon Park station - There is a cute set of shops and restaurants 1 minute walk away. - 2 minute walk to grocery store Waitrose & Partners - Includes amenitites including microwave, kettle, air fryer, washing machine, fridge, Dyson vacuum, bedding (if you wish to keep). - Gas & electric heating - Extremely well insulated.
