Hello! Me & my housemate are both moving out of our lovely 2 bed ground floor flat ideally around to move out of London/go travelling. The flat will be available from 15th August onwards. The flat has two double bedrooms, a nice open plan living area and a big garden which comes with a BBQ!! (Perfect for the upcoming heatwave!!) The flat comes fully furnished with most of the furniture you see in the photos! We also have a drive which no one currently parks on so free parking!! The flat is located a 5 minute walk from Streatham hill station and a 15 minute walk into Balham. We are a few minutes from Tooting Common which is ideal for pizza/ drinks on the grass in the sun!! Our estate agents said we need to move out a month apart to avoid surrendering the contract so we would need to sublet one of the rooms for a month - but we will have a contract in place! We absolutely love this flat, and it would be perfect for 2 friends or a friend and a couple :)
