Hello! Tucked away in a quiet, leafy corner of Southfields.... a furnished 2-bed flat is available. I’ve lived in it with my mate for a year but we’re both moving out due to work. Looking for one or two people to look after it from 31 August/1 September. Location/Transport: —10-15 min walk from Southfields tube station (District Line). Nearest train stations: Putney, Wimbledon ( approx. 10 mins by bus), Wandsworth (15 mins bus) Clapham Junction (20 mins bus). —1 minute walk to Wimbledon Common Functional but cosy space with lots of natural light. The balcony looks onto a shared garden, and the bedrooms have views onto Wimbledon common. Perfect for a lunchtime run or weekend stroll. When I moved in I put a new carpet in the hallway and bedroom 2, and a new shower. As well as splashing some colour on the walls we also cleaned and repainted the bedrooms. To note, I’m renting it mostly furnished but we can discuss. Couples welcome - at the moment the second bedroom would have a bedframe in it but if you wanted to set it up differently, again, we can chat. There is also a shared bike shed available outside.
