First thing's first, no more worries about parking, we all know how bad that can be in Wimbledon. Before you even enter our Merton Road flat you will notice the various spacious parking spots for residents. If you're not a driver, no problem, we're into saving the environment too! There are Northern line trains running from South Wimbledon Underground Station (just 180m down the road), these go to both Merton and into Central London. But what if I need a mainline train you ask? No problem, Wimbledon or Haydons Road Stations are just over half a mile away. Easily accessible by foot or bus. Now for the main event, the house! A big pull for rentals these days is a garden and well, yours is even better, it's South West Facing! If we've learnt anything the last few years is that gardens are a must. Especially in those summer afternoons and evenings. A Friday night glass of wine in the garden with friends? Sounds great right?
