Beautiful 2 bedroom first floor maisonette, with gorgeous walk in shower, property has lots of character. Lovely peaceful private garden with access through the gate next to the front door. So much care and thought was put in to decorating and furnishing the property as it was previously lived in by the landlord. Me and my partner have been living here over the past year + the 2nd bedroom has been used as an office and walk in wardrobe room for our clothes as it has large fitted wardrobes and a large fitted shelving unit which can be used to store shoes / trainers - or anything else that tickles your fancy! The second bedroom is on the smaller side, and likely only would fit a single bed if going to be used as a bedroom - so please take this in to consideration 😊 Living room also has a fitted desk area which can be used for working from home or an area to read / do arts and crafts etc. There is lots of storage space in the living room. The current sofa at the property is different to the one in the picture, it is a large L shaped sofa which can also extend in to a sofa bed, it also has storage space under one side for extra duvet / pillows if needed. The property is part furnished by the landlord, so it currently comes with fixtures and fittings including the lovely light shades. The sofa, tv stand and bed frame was also at the property kindly left by the landlord - but could be discussed further if you have any specific wishes regarding this. Me and my partner have lived in this property since 2 March 2024, we had signed up for a 3 year tenancy at the time so the rental price was fixed at £1700 for the remainder of the current tenancy, which finishes on 1st March 2027 but we are needing to move prior to this so we are looking for a change of occupancy for someone to take over the current tenancy for the remaining year and 8 months. If you would then like to extend the tenancy past March 2027 you can speak to the landlord and Foxtons who can sort this for you. We are moving out on Friday 25th July so the property would be ready to be moved in to from Saturday 26th July 2025, although ideal date would be Monday 28th July. The kitchen also has lots of storage space with a fitted seating area by the window which looks out to the garden. It has a washer drier, a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and much more.
