Hello - looking for some people to take over our tenancy in Burley. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Inc basement located just off Kirkstall Road. Also has a garden space. It is let with Haus sales and letting based Headingley - managed by a company but the landlord does all of the work. You will have to pass referencing through the letting agents. Most of the furniture is ours - some of it can be bought of us if you really want / like it. The rent is £550 each or £1,100 for one person. Viewings can take place on evenings after 5:30 Looking to move out in September date negotiable - close to burley park train station and the main bus network for Leeds.
