This is around a 25 minute journey into central areas such as Oxford Circus. It has a bright and spacious shared living room and a little balcony which gets sun in the morning. The apartment block is gated and comes with its own parking space. Both rooms come with their own en-suites. Both rooms come with a bed and a mattress we maybe be able to negotiate some additional furniture to be bought that is currently in the flat. The flat is available from mid July, we both love the place but the reason we need to move out is that I am moving in with my girlfriend. With bills per room the flat comes to around £1250.
