1 room flat of 94m² in Salford

Two of my flatmates are moving out, so I'm looking for two friendly, tidy people to take their rooms. We’re hoping to fill the spots by 14/03 (move in date 14/04), so ideally looking for people who can move fairly soon. About me: I’m sociable and enjoy a chat or hanging out in the evenings, but I also appreciate having time to decompress after work, whether that’s relaxing in the shared space or having some quiet time in my own room.
