Both rooms are large doubles, both are upstairs and will be unfurnished. One is facing the garden and the other the front of the house. The house: Communal lounge with some furnishings Kitchen with fridge/freezer and washing machine 1 shared bathroom Guest bedroom for friends/family Garden and garage Rent & bills: Rent: £1600 total (split between 3) Bills: ~£150 each/month Joint tenancy – minimum 6 months No pets / no smoking indoors Location: The house is on a quiet road directly opposite Southmead hospital, and has a bus stop literally outside the front door, with the 76 coming every 10 minutes down to Gloucester Road, the centre and south Bristol so it’s very well connected. There is also a Lidl about 5 minutes down the road. About me: I work at a restaurant in Bristol and also DJ/produce music in my spare time. I’m sociable but also value a relaxed home environment, and I like to keep the place clean and tidy.
