1 room flat of 58m² in Bristol

Our one-bed flat in St George is available for 2 weeks between Wednesday 20th August - Wednesday 3rd September. We are renting out our home while we are on holiday. Our flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location, one minute from all the conveniences on Church Road and St George’s park. There is secure communal bike storage in the block. The total price for two weeks is £500. This includes all bills. We will also request a deposit of £200. PLEASE NOTE: There is no wifi. This is because we use our phone hotspots. There is great signal and we have never had a problem with this. This is our home, so is furnished with our personal belongings. We request that whoever stays is respectful of our flat and the neighbours.
