Hi! I'm moving out of Elizabeth Croll House Studio near London King's Cross and am looking for a student replacement tenant to kindly take my place. Please note that this is available for full-time students ONLY. Originally £460pw (all bills inclusive), now £345pw. May have a £250 nonrefundable deposit (but will be accounted into the rent later). At least 2month covered is preferred. We will do the official contract with Unite Students. The mechanism works as follows: you pay the original price to Unite Students, and any price difference will be me make direct bank transfer to you once they refund me (typically within 14 days after you moving in). The building is located in a safe and quiet locality just a 10-minute walk from both King’s Cross Station and Angel Station. It is also a 5-minute walk to a Tesco, 10-minute walk to Sainsbury’s, McDonald etc. 15 minute walk to Angel central, where large M&S, Waitrose, Iceland, many Shopping stores and restaurants are located. 1.)Standard studio, fully-furnished, well-ventilated accommodation for 1 available from June 1st to September 6th, 2026.
