Secluded two bed flat just off Holloway Road The flat is located just off a one way road, so not a lot of traffic noise at all. There’s a small sitting/dining room with table, chairs, sofa etc., which could definitely be turned into something v cosy. Kitchen is fairly basic but lots of storage space and has pretty much everything you need (no dishwasher though). About 5-10 mins to Tufnell Park tube, or maybe 3 minutes to the closest bus stop. Got Lidl, Waitrose etc just round the corner on Holloway Rd. Both rooms have their own private shower and sink inside them (bit odd at first but very handy). Come with wardrobe, chair, other assorted storage. One room is quite a bit larger than the other so the rent could be split to suit. The current contract runs until the end of July, but Reece and I (the current tenants) are both looking to leave on 28th May, as we’re both moving elsewhere for work. The contract could be renewed when it expires at the end of July. It’s currently at £2000/month, £2307 deposit, but we’re happy to pay the remaining 400/mo ourselves for these 2 months as we need to get things wrapped up ASAP as we have jobs to start elsewhere, so would only be £1600 month.
