Great 3 bed house with outdoor space on Latchmere Rd. 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station. Great outdoors spaces such as Clapham common and Battersea park just up the road Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Aldi and Asda all short walks away. One shared bathroom and downstairs and one ensuite. Bedroom 1 and 2 are similar sizes. Both pretty big. Bedroom 3 is smaller but still comfortably fits double bed and office desk. We are the current tenants looking for people to take over our tenancy.
