3 rooms flat of 93m² in London

We are sadly moving out of our 3 bedroom flat in Old Street and are looking for a group of 3 people to replace us. It is large, fully furnished and split over two floors. There is one full bathroom and a separate toilet downstairs. It is less than 10 minutes walk to Old Street station (the Northern line), 15 minute walk to Hoxton overground and on great bus routes. It is 10 mins walk to Aldi and a big Lidl. There are also lots of gyms nearby. The rent is £3315 rent. Bills are approx £100 ish. There is super fast fibre wifi (great for wfh) and the landlord is great and very responsive. The start date early September (still to be confirmed and is flexible).
