I'm going to Aus to see family and subletting my top floor one-bedroom flat FOR THREE MONTHS ONLY DEC 3 2025 - END FEBRUARY 2026 (bit flexible), which is located on one of the most desirable no through roads in the heart of De Beauvoir Village. Ufton Road is a pretty tree-lined low-transport-neighbourhood street in De Beauvoir Village between Islington and Dalston. Local amenities are within easy reach and include the De Beauvoir Deli, local restaurants and gastro pubs. There are excellent bus routes to the City from Southgate Road and the Overground stations at Dalston and Haggerston are within easy reach. It is my home, and I'd prefer a single person who is super respectful of that. And who will water my plants! Again, it is three months from 3/4 December 2025 to end Feb 2026.
