One of the rooms is now occupied by Paul, a very friendly full time professional, age 37. You’ll share the kitchen and bathroom only between you three - tenants upstairs. Bus 49 takes you directly to: ~20 min → Open Market ~25 min → Churchill Square ~10 min → big ALDI & Sainsbury’s (or ~20 min walk) 🏡 THE FLAT Bathroom with bathtub Kitchen with oven, microwave, air fryer, and washing machine. 🌿 THE GARDEN All-day sunshine Terrace with BBQ and seating area, lots of space. 💡 BILLS Bills are shared proportionally among tenants.
