I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom apartment / music studio (see below), for a few weeks - May 18th - June 4th (possibility of extending a bit further, to be discussed). It is in Leytonstone - good connection on Central line or Overground to central london and surrounded by tons of beautiful green space. Lovely high road a stones throw away with everything you need. Lovely neighbors as well. It is a unique space, with lofted ceilings, skylights and a balcony. Plenty of daylight. It does get quite hot so I have the windows open for air circulation, and a fan. Looking for someone trustworthy, clean and respectful. Ideally someone who would take it for the whole duration. Comes fully furnished. Price is £400 / week.
